The project is carried out in the interests of Orsha Air Co., an airline affiliated with the Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant and the Mountain Helicopters Group of Companies. After the restoration of the aircraft, it will be operated in the interests of Orsha Air Co. or will be leased to ‘dry leasing to an operator in the Russian Federation under a preliminary contract.
